Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional prototyping of next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging tech acquisition targets
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and NASA partnerships
- Author industry white papers on post-quantum security frameworks
- Mentor emerging engineers in ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing applications
- Proven track record scaling AI systems from prototype to production
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Active speaker at TED/WSJ Tech conferences
- Patent portfolio with ≥15 granted quantum/AI patents
- Certification in quantum machine learning (QML) from IBM
