Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define and execute the technical strategy for our 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Architect high-performance, scalable distributed systems capable of handling billions of transactions.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) to enhance our core platform.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of AWS or GCP architecture patterns.
- Future-Proofing: Experience with AI/ML model deployment and quantum computing concepts is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
