Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, distributed systems optimized for next-generation hardware (e.g., neuromorphic chips).
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents into core infrastructure pipelines.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and propose architectural improvements to maintain system longevity.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of neural networks, model optimization, and AI-driven system design.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in high-availability environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
