- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs to track strategic evolution and adaptive capacity
- Pioneer methodologies for long-term planning in volatile environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and future forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFSD)
