- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
