As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate market disruptions, identify breakthrough opportunities, and develop actionable frameworks that will shape our competitive edge. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies and AI-driven trend analysis to translate complex data into strategic imperatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework with quarterly trend briefings for executive leadership
- Architect strategic roadmaps that align organizational capabilities with future market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present compelling scenario analyses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
- Manage cross-functional working groups to validate strategic hypotheses
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
