Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Present future scenario analyses to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership content on 2026 industry transformation
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, climate tech, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Published thought leadership in future-focused media (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs within enterprise environments
