Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technological vision and execution plan for the year 2026 and beyond, aligning business goals with technical capabilities.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient architectural frameworks that accommodate emerging technologies like AGI and Quantum Computing.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate promising technologies into the core product ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with long-term projects and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management or executive advisory role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into architectural strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale digital transformations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
