Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive technical roadmap and architectural vision for the company leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including generative AI, edge computing, and quantum-safe cryptography.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and business units to translate strategic goals into technical execution plans.
- Evaluate third-party technologies and vendors to ensure alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in designing complex distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
