Key Objectives:
- Define the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Design fault-tolerant, high-throughput neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into core products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, LLM optimization).
- Oversee the deployment of ML models ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in AI engineering.
- Evaluate and integrate new hardware accelerators for AI processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
