Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex machine learning models and user needs. You will define the visual language of our AI ecosystem, ensuring that advanced technology remains accessible, beautiful, and human-centric.
What you'll do:
We are looking for someone who challenges the status quo. You will lead the design system for our flagship AI product, mentor junior designers, and work closely with engineers to ship features that redefine user expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of AI-driven features, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Define and maintain a comprehensive design system that scales across web, mobile, and voice interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate AI assumptions and improve interaction models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate technical capabilities into user benefits.
- Advocate for a user-first philosophy while pushing the boundaries of modern interface design.
- Create compelling visual assets and presentations to communicate design strategies to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and generative design.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong focus on AI or complex data visualization.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and design tooling.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with design systems and prototyping.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) or Generative AI is a major plus.
