Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs exploring AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused metrics
- Build and lead high-performing teams of futurists and technical architects
- Identify emerging market disruptors and patentable opportunities
- Drive organizational change management for digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise transformation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight credential preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or tech strategy
