Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4, AGI, decentralized systems) for competitive advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio expansion for future technologies
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on 2025+ initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, nanotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of future-tech prototypes
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
