Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement scalable system architectures that align with our long-term strategic vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Pioneer AI Integration: Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) directly into our core products to enhance user experience.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide the engineering team through complex technical decisions, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Optimize our AWS/Azure infrastructure for high availability and cost efficiency in a serverless-first environment.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack architecture.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled-components).
- Backend Proficiency: Strong command of Node.js, Python, or Go, with experience in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- AI & Machine Learning: Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating LLMs.
- Cloud Skills: Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex engineering problems.
