Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026 innovation ecosystem, including market analysis, technology scouting, and scenario planning
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and executive teams to align on futuristic vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Develop and present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for tracking 2026 readiness and innovation maturity
- Build and mentor high-performance innovation lab teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership on industry transformation trends
- Global network of tech pioneers and venture capital connections
