Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with company's 10-year vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum-resistant infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AGI, biotech fusion, spatial computing)
- Secure $50M+ in innovation funding through stakeholder presentations and business cases
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and transformational impact
- Partner with academic institutions to shape 2026 research priorities
- Mentor emerging futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of leading transformative projects with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Experience securing >$30M in innovation funding
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
