- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors bi-annually

- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
