- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling pitch decks and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI) and translate opportunities into action plans
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members with executive-ready visualizations
- Mentor innovation champions across departments while cultivating a fail-fast experimental culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Proven track record delivering tech breakthroughs with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep technical literacy in AI/ML, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and global teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
