Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching corporate strategy for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies and future industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with the 2026 vision.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and actionable insights to the executive board.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities.
- Design key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term initiatives.
- Lead change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of future-forward technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading long-term, future-oriented corporate initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) and their business applications.
