Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruption vectors across 15+ industries
- Produce annual strategic white papers on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models and service offerings
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor a team of junior futurists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Interface with venture capital arms to identify emerging investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Experience leading cross-continental teams with diverse cultural perspectives
- Portfolio of 5+ enterprise-level futures implementation projects
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and regulatory implications on tech adoption
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic preferred)
