Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to map future scenarios and quantify their organizational impact
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints focused on next-generation product development and market positioning
- Present future-vision roadmaps to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling and immersive visualization techniques
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to inform strategic direction
- Integrate AI-driven predictive analytics with human intuition to validate future-state hypotheses
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-readiness into corporate DNA
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (articles, books, white papers)
- Proficiency in future-vision tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method, backcasting)
