Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought partners
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing organizational strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
