Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation goals
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect long-term innovation pipelines integrating AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-positive tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry consortia
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and oversee R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining technologies (quantum/AI/sustainability focus)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, and climate-tech ecosystems
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
