Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptors, and socio-economic trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework with 3-5 year predictive models
- Present trend analysis and scenario planning to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and futurist communities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and annual strategic outlook reports
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
