Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced machine learning models for autonomous robotics and predictive analytics.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate AI inference engines directly into robotic platforms.
- Conduct research and prototyping for emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability across distributed cloud-edge environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
