Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product launches
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, biocomputing)
- Lead R&D initiatives for prototype development and testing
- Collaborate with VCs and academic institutions for funding/partnerships
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Experience with patent strategy and IP monetization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major conferences
