- Produce annual 2026 Impact Reports detailing paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Curate innovation pipelines for emerging technologies with ROI projection frameworks
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF)
- Experience building innovation dashboards using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Portfolio of 3+ future-proofing initiatives implemented with measurable impact
