Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Translate foresight insights into executive-ready strategic roadmaps
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
- Design quantitative/qualitative frameworks for future scenario modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders
- Mentor internal teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFAP preferred)
