Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Architect secure-by-design frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI optimization
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 27001 security frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with federal grant proposals (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Global patent portfolio with 10+ granted patents
