Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 100 level
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and generative AI
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures
- Security clearance preferred for federal projects
