Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications in finance and biotech
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration and control interfaces
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent frameworks
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex R&D projects
- Strong understanding of quantum machine learning and NISQ algorithms
