Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal impacts relevant to 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize R&D initiatives with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Outstanding communication abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past future-strategy implementations
