Responsibilities
- Research and forecast global technological, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision for 2026 milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario modeling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor KPIs for innovation initiatives and adjust strategies based on emerging data
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption topics
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies and data visualization tools
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and virtual collaboration
