Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-cultural shifts, and market disruptions to forecast industry transformations through 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario-planning models for high-impact decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-mover advantages
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and technological disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term innovation roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
