Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and competitive threats
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for early-warning systems
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into executive strategy
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling skills
- Experience with AI/ML impact assessment methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
