Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify 2026 opportunity vectors
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive board and investors
- Build and mentor a dedicated future-strategy task force
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026 roadmaps into current development
- Establish KPIs for measuring progress toward 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
