- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and regulatory compliance goals
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for frontier tech development
- Present technology impact assessments to investors and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from prototype to production
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants for frontier technology projects
- Certified in AI Governance (CAIG) and Quantum Computing Architecture
