Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socioeconomic trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for 5-year strategic horizons

- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work or recognized thought leadership in futurism
- Experience in AI, biotech, or sustainability trends preferred
