Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop multi-generational scenario plans for climate adaptation, AI governance, and biotechnology integration
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum-secure infrastructure and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and policy think tanks
- Lead the creation of our annual 'State of 2026' global impact report
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent expertise in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight
- 7+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate foresight leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term transformational roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals or top-tier business publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ strategic frameworks implemented with measurable impact
