Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026 technology and societal trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic windows
- Architect roadmap for future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent ecosystems
- Present evidence-based foresight to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry forums, and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIF) or related field
