Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technology, economic, and social trends through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis scenario planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership on future technology impacts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with global regulatory and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
