Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions across various product domains.
- Participate in three 4-month rotations across teams such as Cloud Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Core Product Engineering.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-impact features.
- Contribute to a culture of code quality by participating in rigorous peer code reviews.
- Engage in continuous learning through our structured technical mentorship and leadership workshops.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Previous internship or project experience in software development is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
