Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core cloud platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and senior software engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code using modern development frameworks.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
- Conceptualize, build, and present a capstone project to our executive leadership team at the conclusion of the summer program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a relentless drive to build exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly dynamic environment.
- Prior experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies is preferred.
