Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 SEO roadmap, aligning organic growth with broader business objectives.
- AI & Voice Search Integration: Pioneering strategies to optimize content for AI-driven search engines and voice assistants.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Overseeing site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema implementation to ensure technical excellence.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing advanced analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and forecast future traffic growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring junior SEOs and collaborating with content creators, developers, and designers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of how AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) are changing search behavior.
- Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
