Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the organization, specifically aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and assess their viability for immediate implementation.
- Lead architectural reviews for high-impact projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Establish frameworks for digital transformation and innovation within the engineering department.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership regarding future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Tech Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing future-forward technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity protocols.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry shifts 2-3 years in advance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
