You will be the primary architect of our roadmap, identifying the shifts in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized networks that will define our industry landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to assess viability and market impact.
- Lead the migration strategy from legacy monolithic systems to agile, scalable microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast budget requirements and resource allocation for future tech adoption.
- Establish governance frameworks for innovation to ensure rapid experimentation and controlled deployment.
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks in adopting new technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, strategic planning, or IT management.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing long-term tech trends within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity protocols, and data sovereignty laws.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure, innovation-driven environments.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
