Responsibilities

- Present breakthrough findings at premier quantum conferences (e.g., QIP, APS March)
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or quantum information
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Experience securing DARPA/NSF quantum computing grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and low-level hardware control languages
