Responsibilities
- Design novel quantum algorithms for AI model optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures
- Lead experiments on 1000+ qubit quantum processors

- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum machine learning
- Secure $10M+ in government/industry grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published research in quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement principles
