Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years managing large-scale R&D projects
- Proven track record in sustainability tech or climate-focused initiatives
- Expertise in full-stack development and cloud-native architectures
- Strong background in data analytics and AI-driven solution design
- Certified PMP or equivalent project management credentials
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ professionals
