Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive AI
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Create ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and human-machine symbiosis
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristic Studies with 8+ years tech innovation experience
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from concept to market (quantum/AI/IoT focus)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive/board experience
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies or innovation strategy
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
